Stuck Character / Falling Through Map
Fix frozen characters, ragdoll bugs, and map fall-through.
Occasionally your character may freeze, get stuck in a animation, or fall through the map. These are usually client-side issues that can be fixed quickly without staff.
Try /fixme First

Use /fixme
Type
/fixme in chat. This resets your character position and state. Wait a few seconds after using it before moving again.If /fixme Doesn't Work

Reconnect
Disconnect from the server and join again. Your character data is saved server-side — you will not lose progress.

Clear Cache
Persistent fall-through or loading issues may need a cache clear before reconnecting.
Don't Abuse /fixme
Using
/fixme to escape active roleplay situations (e.g. mid-arrest or mid-scene) is a rule violation. Only use it for genuine technical bugs.Still Stuck?
If you are still unable to play after reconnecting, open a ticket on Discord support with a short description and clip if possible.
