Community Guidelines
The core rules that govern all conduct within the Next RP community.
Applies Everywhere
These guidelines apply across all Next RP platforms — the game server, Discord, forums, and any other official community spaces.
General Conduct
All members of the Next RP community are expected to treat one another with respect and maturity. Toxic behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

Respect All Members
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks against any community member are strictly prohibited. This includes slurs, threats, and targeted abuse — in any language.

No Discrimination
Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic is not tolerated and will result in an immediate ban.

No Doxxing or Real-World Threats
Sharing another member's personal information without consent (doxxing) or making real-world threats of any kind will result in a permanent community ban and may be reported to relevant authorities.
In-Game Conduct
All players in the Next RP game server must maintain a standard of roleplay that keeps the experience enjoyable and immersive for everyone.

Roleplay at All Times (RDM / VDM)
Random Deathmatch (RDM) and Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) are prohibited. Every act of violence must have legitimate in-character motivation and prior interaction.

No Metagaming
Using out-of-character information (Discord messages, streams, external comms) to gain an in-character advantage is forbidden. What your character doesn't know, you cannot use.

No Powergaming
Forcing outcomes on other players without giving them agency, performing actions impossible in reality without explanation, or using game mechanics to gain unfair advantages is not allowed.

Value Your Life
Your character must realistically value their life. Rushing police during an armed standoff, or ignoring life-threatening situations, breaks immersion and is not permitted.

New Life Rule (NLR)
After being respawned from the hospital, your character does not remember the circumstances of their death. You may not return to the same area or seek revenge for 15 minutes following a respawn.
Discord Conduct
The Next RP Discord is an extension of the community. All general conduct rules apply. Additional Discord-specific rules:

Use Correct Channels
Post content in the correct channels. Do not spam, post memes in help channels, or advertise other communities without permission.

No Advertising
Advertising other FiveM servers, Discord communities, or external services in any channel without prior approval from staff is prohibited.

English Only in General Channels
General channels are English-only to ensure staff can moderate effectively. Language-specific channels may be provided upon community request.
Staff Interactions

Respect Staff Decisions
Staff decisions are final during an active situation. If you disagree with a staff member's action, use the appropriate appeals or complaint channels rather than arguing in-server.

Do Not Evade Punishments
Using alternate accounts to bypass bans, mutes, or other punishments will result in an immediate permanent ban on all known accounts.
Zero Tolerance
Sexual content involving minors, extreme hate speech, and real-world threats result in an immediate permanent ban with no right of appeal.
