Use /report
Type
/report and follow the prompts. Include player ID, what happened, and when. Use /report again to reopen and chat with staff.Staff availability
Staff aren't online 24/7. If no one responds in-game, open a Discord ticket.

For reports when staff are offline, whitelist, appeals, and general questions.

Open a ticket
Join our Discord server and open a ticket. Pick the correct type (player report, technical, whitelist, etc.) so it reaches the right team.
