Crew Guidelines
Rules for registered crews, factions, and organised criminal hostilities.
Required reading
Read with the Community Guidelines. Fail fear during conflict carries a minimum 24-hour ban.
Crew Members & Image
Registered crews are 4–7 members. Leaders own roster quality, Discord presence, and how the crew is perceived on the server.
- Roster size
- Minimum 4, maximum 7 registered members. Below 4 may result in disbandment.
- Roleplay standard
- Low-quality roleplay is not tolerated. Your crew image reflects every member.
- Discord names
- Format: Character Name | Steam/CFX Name. All members must be in the crew Discord.
- Roster changes
- Leaders manage adds/removes via role-request — crew role plus base Crew role.
Representatives
- Requirements
- 1 week membership, 20+ days playtime, no staff actions in the past 30 days.
- Step-down
- Two staff actions in 30 days requires a new rep — or crew disbandment.
Discord & reporting
- Crew Discord
- Crew staff with admin permissions must be in the main Discord.
- Banned players
- Permanently banned Next RP members cannot be in crew Discords.
- Reports
- Open Discord support tickets with evidence. Do not PM staff unless told to.
Organisation Cooldown
Leaving a registered criminal org triggers a one-week wait before joining another.
- Standard cooldown
- One week before any new crew, faction, gang, or organisation — even if kicked.
- Breaking cooldown
- Removal from the new org plus another full week.
- Voluntary disband
- No cooldown unless staff issued the disband.
Hostilities
Conflict needs valid RP, evidence, and declaration. Max 7 fighters per crew. 15-minute death timer — use /timer.
Starting conflict
Disrespect can justify hostilities during events or general RP.
- Event carry-over
- No conflict from playstyle, losing, or words after death unless a live witness heard it.
- Evidence
- Clips need full RP context with mic and game audio. Missing audio voids conflict.
- Declaration window
- No baiting. Disrespect declarations within 10 days.
Participants
- Fighter cap
- 7 max — all registered crew members. No outside help.
Vehicles
- Ramming & pits
- No intentional ramming. One pit per contact window. No sports cars or bikes for pits.
- Banned vehicles
- Bulletproof and weapon-mounted vehicles cannot be used in hostilities.
- Third person
- Third person on bikes/vehicles during conflict is powergaming.
- Events
- No vehicle contact unless staff specify otherwise.
Conflict outfits
- Crew colours
- Wear identifiable crew clothing during conflict — including when dead. Put it on before hostile actions.
Body pickups & intel
- Who can help
- Only registered factions/crews. Identifiable outfit, no weapons, no fighting.
Kidnapping
- Hold & release
- 30 minutes max. State your reason. Leave them somewhere reachable on foot.
- Repeat kidnaps
- Cannot kidnap the same person within one hour.
Police numbers
- To start
- Police must be LOW. If they drop below LOW mid-fight, conflict may continue until it ends.
- Very low police
- Max 4 shooters per side. Others may only pickup or run intel.
Death timers
- 15-minute cooldown
- After respawn (EMS, hospital, or respawn). No respawning mid-scene. Stay away from conflict on timer.
Robbing
- When allowed
- Rob vehicles once members are down and ownership is clear. Health items anytime.
- Roleplay required
- No cuff-and-rob. No killing while robbing. No chain robbing.
- Cuffing
- Only when safe. Beanbagged players can be cuffed but not robbed mid shootout.
Conflict conduct
- Prohibited
- Firework launchers, flopping/emoting to avoid shots, KOS without declaration, RP with dead bodies.
- Disconnecting
- Crash to save gear? Ticket immediately — otherwise wipes and ban.
- Friendly fire
- Shooting your own crew to avoid robbery/kidnapping is punishable.
Teaming & outsiders
- No cross-crew teaming
- In any fight or event. Police excluded when you have valid reason to engage them.
- Mediators
- Outsiders cannot fight. Mediators cannot join hostilities.
Police Engagement
Higher standard expected. PD wiping is a last resort — declare within one minute of shooting.
- PD wipes
- Only if your crew/faction members are in custody.
- Death timer
- 15-minute cooldown after police hostilities. Use /timer.
- Participant limit
- Police-only conflict may exceed normal caps for official members.
- Outfits
- Conflict clothing not required for police-only hostilities.
- Rescue attempts
- Running into active police scenes to save members is fail fear.
- Silent reporting
- Report bad policing via Discord ticket — not in-character retaliation.
- Medical triage
- No explosives at active medical triages.
Cards, Bans & Events
Yellow card (14 days) or ban (30 days) blocks events until cleared.
- Rehabilitation
- Complete staff-assigned tasks before returning to events or war.
- No assistance
- Others cannot help on punishment work. Notify staff when done.
- Ban periods
- Wait out bans before official membership.
- Long bans
- 30+ day or perm ban returns: 30-day wait before criminal orgs unless still in org during ban.
Appearance & Conduct
Appearance
- Character design
- No troll or meme appearances.
- Gender swap
- Requires admin ticket with detailed RP reasoning.
Disconnecting
- Crash or DC
- Open a Discord ticket immediately if you disconnect during active RP or while dead.
Fail fear
- When guns are aimed
- Do not draw and shoot if unarmed, exiting a vehicle under guns, beanbagged/stunned, or faced by police/crew/faction/gang.
- Non-lethal
- Beanbags, pepperballs, and tasers do not require compliance.
