The law enforcement faction of Next RP.
The Police Department (PD) is the primary law enforcement agency in Next RP. Officers are responsible for upholding the law, responding to calls, and working with other factions to maintain order.
Whitelisted Faction
The Police Department is a whitelisted faction. You must apply and pass an interview before being accepted. See the application process below.
Ranks
- Recruit — Probationary officer, supervised at all times
- Probationary Constable — Field training officer supervision, introductory phase
- Constable — Full officer, standard patrol duties
- First Constable — Experienced officer, increased field responsibility
- Senior Constable — Veteran officer, FTO eligibility
- Leading Senior Constable — Team leader, field mentor
- Sergeant — Supervisor, shift command
- Senior Sergeant — Senior supervisor, station management
- Inspector — Upper management, operational oversight
- Superintendent — Command staff, district or divisional commander
- Commander — Regional management, executive staff
- Assistant Commissioner — Executive command, major portfolio oversight
- Deputy Commissioner — Operational or corporate oversight, second-in-command
- Commissioner — Highest ranking officer, chief of force operations
Applying
Applications for the Police Department are opened periodically. When open, submit your application in the relevant Discord channel. You must meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least 50 hours on the server
- Clean disciplinary record (no bans in the last 30 days)
- Good standing in the community
- Understanding of Australian RP standards
