Tebex Store Terms

Policies for purchases on the Next RP store.

Next RP operates a Tebex store for optional cosmetic and convenience packages. All purchases are processed through Tebex and are subject to their platform terms in addition to the policies below.

General

  • All store items are virtual goods for use on Next RP only — no real-world value.
  • Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Tebex policy.
  • Prices and package contents may change; active packages are described on the store at time of purchase.
  • You must own a legitimate copy of GTA V and comply with all server rules to use purchased items.

Delivery

Most packages are delivered automatically in-game or via Discord after purchase. Delivery can take a few minutes during high traffic. If you do not receive your package within 30 minutes, open a Discord ticket with your Tebex transaction ID.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban from the server and store. Always open a ticket before disputing a payment.

Refund requests are handled case-by-case through Discord support. Items already used or consumed in-game are typically not eligible for refund.
